Our company is staffed with an efficient, reliable, responsible, experienced, and professional fleet team. They are led by an excellent management unit and supported by a committed crew of marine safety officers. Among the team are veteran ship captains and highly experienced engineers and maintenance crew members who graduated from top-notch nautical colleges. They bring with them many years of seafaring experience.
NAUTICAL ONE's ship management department is manned by professional Captains and Engineers. They oversee the two technical aspects of the fleet, operational readiness, and logistics operations. NAUTICAL ONE uses a Fleet Manager System for the day to day management of the fleet. This is an integrated PMS system using maintenance data.

NAUTICAL ONE's ship chartering department furthermore works in accordance with ship charter contracts to understand the rights and obligations of both, charterers and owners, and with chartering and marketing departments to ensure the voyages are completed in the shortest time with optimal profit margins. It maintains information on ports, monitors the progress of cargo preparation, berthing schedule, and loading and discharging operations. It works closely with all relevant parties the most efficient dispatch of the vessels. Further, our department monitors daily weather reports, vessel speed, and real-time fuel consumption patterns and selects the ports that are most suited for refueling the ships.
